I'm Pamela Jahnke, the founder and lead photographer at Pamela Jahnke Photography. With a passion for capturing life's most precious moments, I believe that every wedding is a unique story waiting to be told, and it's my job to tell that story through my lens.

As someone who's often described as an old soul, I take immense joy in connecting with my clients and discovering their love story. With 17 years of marriage and two teenagers of my own, I understand firsthand the significance of these moments and how they will be treasured for a lifetime. Being a wife and mother has shaped my perspective and deepened my appreciation for the power of photography to capture the essence of a moment in time.  As a romantic at heart, I strive to bring a touch of nostalgia and warmth to every photograph I take. I am deeply passionate about what I do, and I work tirelessly to ensure that every client receives the best possible experience.

When I'm not behind the camera, I love exploring new places and experiencing new adventures. Whether I'm trekking through the Swiss Alps, sailing along the Amalfi Coast, or simply snuggled up with my two adorable golden retriever puppies, I find inspiration in all corners of the world.

And when it's time to relax, you can find me indulging in some of my favorite guilty pleasures, such as dark chocolate, a glass of wine, and curling up with a good true crime novel or documentary. These simple joys remind me of the importance of taking time for oneself and cherishing life's small, but meaningful moments.

As a former teacher, I have developed the ability to communicate effectively and work with people from all walks of life.
